Current Opportunity:
Vida Grange is looking for Twilight Care Assistants to join their team*. This is a part-time role working from 7.00pm to 11.00pm, to support our residents during the staff shift change from days to nights.
Vida is proud to offer some of the leading rates of pay in the industry, starting at £11.79 per hour during your probation and rising to £12.64 per hour once you have passed your probation.
The successful candidate will be a caring and conscientious person who can meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Your emphasis will be on supporting residents with their preferred night time routines.
You will work with your team to support the residents with all aspects of personal and mobility care. You will help to provide an enriched, stimulating and engaging home environment, and will assist the activities team in creating opportunity for social activity and engagement during your twilight duties. In addition, our Vida Academy will provide training opportunities that will develop your knowledge and skills in supporting our residents to live life to the fullest. Our management teams and the Vida Academy will also help you on your career path, whatever your ambition in social care, our specialist trainers and management team will help you reach your goals!
Vida Grange is a 124-bed home with 8 houses rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. We are now looking for enthusiastic, motivated, caring and conscientious people to join our team. Vida Grange is only a few minutes outside Harrogate town centre and enjoys exceptional public transport links by both train and bus, to Leeds and beyond.
