Care Assistants
Permanent, Full Time, Part Time and Temporary Opportunities available.
Up to £14 per hour, For domiciliary care – mileage allowance of up to 45p per mile, dependant on location.
Location: Essex and further afield.
We are actively seeking dedicated and trustworthy individuals who are passionate about the wellbeing of vulnerable people in Essex and surrounding areas. With care homes located in Colchester, Clacton, Braintree, Chelmsford and Basildon plus many other location and domiciliary care roles across the county there are opportunities across in all areas of Essex.

As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Promoting physical and mental health wellbeing for the service user to encourage independence.
- Building and maintaining a confidential, supportive, and positive relationship with the service user and their families.
- Performing personal care whilst upholding dignity and respect.
- Accompanying the service user such as days out and attending shows and performances.
- Administrative duties which include updating care plans and ensuring they are in line with company policy and procedure.
- Administering medication under supervision.
- Attending training courses and learning new skills, such as first aid.
