Job description
The Glades nursing home is a specialist facility providing support to 12 individuals with learning disabilities and acquired brain injury over the age of 18. It is a fast paced and socially orientated environment and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team.
Your experience and enthusiasm, warmth and compassion are a fundamental part in supporting our service users to feel respected, cared for and included.
You will promote the core values of care, help maintain independence, while promoting dignity and choice to ensure the emotional and physical needs of our service users are met. You will have a huge impact on the quality of life of our service users.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 0-48 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
