We're looking for caring people to provide quality care, You could be the next person who can really make a difference, and our rate of pay is about to increase from 1st May 2023 to £12.70 then £13.70 after 6pm and double time for bank holidays

We will carefully match you to our clients, in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:
- Companionship and help around the home
- Preparation and support with meals
- Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
- Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
- Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips
Home Instead are unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday!
As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.
- Excellent rates of pay, £11.60 - £25.20 per hour, with guaranteed hours contracts to fit around your lifestyle
- Part-time hours available
- All visits are a minimum of an hour
- Paid mileage, 25P - 45p per mile

Even if you’ve never thought about working in care, you probably have the life experience and skills we’re looking for: kindness, empathy and patience.
If you have a knack for making people smile, then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional, so no prior experience of care is required. All your paid training will take place at our office in Southampton with our award-winning training team.

We ask you have a means of transport as clients are predominantly cared for in there own homes, or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings
