Job description
We are looking for a committed Care Assistant to join our team to deliver high standards of care to our residents, promoting independence and enablement. We currently have a full-time role available for a night positions.
Ideal candidates should possess a strong “can do” attitude, be able to work as a team member, use their own initiative to enhance the quality of care and support provided, be able to “think outside the box”, focus on innovation, have integrity and strive for excellence.
Experience of working in the care sector is preferred although candidates with no experience but the right attitude will also be considered.
