Salary: £20,812 - £21,189 per annum pro rota (plus weekend and night enhancements)
Hourly Rate: £10.79 - £22.62 dependent on the shift worked
Hours: Various hours available
Location: Allison House Residential Home, Sandy
Contract Type: Fixed - Permanent

To provide Person centred care to each of our residents that is as individual as they are. are you able to wear your heart on your sleeve, Can you change a moment and make a difference and can you help to transform lives. If so we would love you to Join our Family at Allison House in Sandy.
This is an important role – and you’ll receive our full support including a full training programme and induction. Your main priority is to ensure our resident's happiness and wellbeing. you will be assisting our residents with washing and personal hygiene, prepare drinks and snacks, and administer medication if necessary. The key is to consider each person’s physical and emotional needs. Every resident is different and you must respect their individuality. It’s all about creating a friendly, supportive environment – one where people are independent and free to make their own choices.
We are interested in people who caring comes naturally to and put the needs of our residents first. It’s important you can work as part of a team and keep accurate records. Above all, you must be people-focused and enjoy working with our residents.
Night shifts also come with key responsibilities; you’ll be expected to stay awake and secure and lock the building. There is also enhanced pay for working weekends and nights.
