Job description

As part of a close-knit, friendly team, you’ll use your initiative and talent to contribute to the success of the home. In return, we’ll help you build a successful career.
To be successful in this role you’ll be dedicated and passionate about helping others, being enthusiastic, positive with a can-do attitude. Experience is preferable but not essential as it’s more about being a warm, friendly and compassionate person who’s as committed as we are.

– Excellent communication skills and a great team player
– The ability to make responsible decisions that are always in the resident’s interest
– Personable with the ability to build rapport with residents and other staff members alike.
