We seek individuals passionate about helping others to join our Care Assistants team. If you have a driver’s license and access to a vehicle, we would love to have you apply for this role! As a Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical care to clients.

About the role
As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll support someone to help them stay independent. Most of your service users will be older people, and some will have mobility difficulties or a diagnosis of dementia.
- Helping a service user get out of bed in the morning, go to bed at night, and move around their home when necessary.
- Preparing meals and feeding.
- Assisting a service user with toileting or continence care.
- Bathing or showering.
- Assisting with getting dressed.
- Administering medication.
What you will need:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 yrs experience.
- A willingness to learn
- A reliable nature
- A flexible approach to your working pattern
Job Benefits:
- Pay Band 3 - Pay scale £22,425 - £23,205 p/a (Pro-rata) based on 37.5 hours per week.

Locations we operate in:
You will be supporting clients in their own homes in the locations below; you will be allocated work as close to your home as possible, but minimal travel will be required (A car is Essential)

Our shift patterns:
We aim to give an outstanding work-life balance. As such, shift patterns are arranged based on your contract and availability. Shifts can be Mornings, afternoons, or evenings and must include weekend availability (One-on/One-off)
