At Home Instead Bromley we deliver truly rewarding relationship-led care and companionship to our local ageing community to allow them to live independently in their own homes.
Excellent rates of pay: £12.00 - £13.15 p/h, double pay for bank holidays.
We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT RESIDES IN BROMLEY, KENT AND HAS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK. We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.

Duties may include:
- Home Help – preparing meals, light cleaning duties to include making the bed, laundry and light cleaning
- Personal Care – such as assisting a client to get up in the morning, taking them to the bathroom, helping them take a bath/shower and dress, following a night time routine and assisting to bed
- Companionship - going for walks, outings & appointments or just chatting at the client's home
- Medication support
With all visits a minimum of 1 hour you will establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday!
Hours are ideally 17:00-21:45 weekdays and alternate weekends - please call to discuss, on 0208 658 2535.
No prior experience of care required. All your training will take place at our office in West Wickham. We will support you fully throughout your journey with us.
Ideally you will need a clean driving licence and your own vehicle.
