Waterloo Care is a residential care service in Bidford-On-Avon. We provide a range of care
and support services for our older residents, which include those living with dementia. Our

We are looking to recruit Care Assistants to join our family team - could this be you?
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, or qualifications – we’re happy to
work with you to help you become an excellent carer.

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and
the care we provide is person centred. You will be providing support with personal care, as well as taking part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support our
residents with their health and wellbeing.

Salary: - £10.00 p/hr for Care Assistants (Days)
£10.50 P/hr for Care Assistants (Nights)
£10.75 p/hr for Senior Care Assistants (Days)
£11.00 p/hr for Senior Care Assistants (Nights)
