Care Assistant - Days and/or Nights

Established since 1987, this 24 bedded Home in Sherwood, Nottingham specialises in residential, nursing and dementia care and is family led.

The care assistant’s core role shall include the following:

• assist the service users in personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toilet needs

• assist service users to eat and drink

• always maintain dignity at all times

• Monitor all service users to ensure that their care is to the highest standard

• complete all necessary paperwork

• undertake training and attend staff meetings.

Essential:

• Team player

• Reliable and committed

• Willingness to undertake vocational training

Desirable:

• Prior experience

• Possess relevant vocational level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.42 per hour
