We are looking for committed, caring and compassionate full or part time Carers who want to make a real difference by providing high quality person centre care for all our residents.
Key Responsibilities of a Care Assistant
· Ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to our residents by recognising and facilitating their daily needs.
· Promote and provide all residents with privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.
· Adhere to the company policies and procedures.
· A positive attitude, reliable and flexible,
· Go the extra mile to make a difference and strive to provide outstanding person centred care
Job role involves:
· Working under the supervision of a Senior Carer, reporting any concerns
· Supporting resident’s with their personal care, taking into account their preferences and wishes
· Observing, reporting and recording changes in the residents condition
· Maintain the residents safety and wellbeing
· Basic core skills – as you will be required to keep numerical and written records
· Excellent speaking and listening skills to clearly communicate with individuals
