We are a family owned business with 6 homes across the Midlands providing 'home from home' care for elderly people with Dementia and nursing needs. Every resident is treated as though they are our own family.

We pay you £300 each time you introduce a friend who joins our team and an additional £1 per hour if you work overtime.

Purpose of position
To carry out a range of care duties for residents, taking into consideration the individual physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of each resident.
Personal care of residents
Assist the resident in rising/retiring to/from bed, giving them a choice of clothes, washing/showering/bathing, toileting, shaving, hair washing and general personal care.
Assisting residents to maintain a healthy diet and fluid intake through out the day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week
Salary: £11.36-£12.36 per hour
