Salary Range: £21,190 - £22,215 pro-rata, plus a market supplement
Hourly rate: up to £12 per hour (including market supplement) plus enhancements for unsocial hours including Sundays and double time + time off in lieu

Hampshire County Councils’ Adults Health and Care provide a range of residential care and nursing services for older people across the county, some of whom are living with dementia. Clarence Unit is opening to support adults with complex health needs following their discharge from hospital.

No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role. As a general guide, your duties may include:
- Providing outstanding care to our residents by supporting them with their varied daily living activities.
- Promoting dignity and independence.
- Ensuring the wellbeing of our residents by supporting with meaningful conversations and interests.
- Provide keyworker support to named residents.
- Take part in person centred care planning to ensure residents need are recorded and communicated.
