Job description

Job Description

Welcome to Oldfield Care.

We are a family owned business with 6 homes across the Midlands providing 'home-from-home' care for elderly people with dementia and nursing needs. Every resident is treated as though they are our own family.

We value every one of our employees, we are not a 'corporate' employer, where people are 'just a number' ... at Oldfield everyone is an individual with their own strengths and weaknesses.

We aim to make working with us enjoyable, and as part of our friendly team, you will be in regular contact with the owners, your ideas and suggestions for continued improvement will be greatly appreciated.

We pay you £300 each time you introduce a friend who joins our team, and an additional £1 per hour if you work overtime.

We award you if you are voted 'Employee of the month'. Good luck!

And if you need accommodation to be able to join us, we can help with that too.

We look forward to meeting you
