Job description
Two Cedars is a small Residential Care Home, catering for 17 elderly people. Our care staff are encouraged to build trusting relationships with our Residents, provide personal care, maintain privacy and dignity and have a happy empathetic nature. The successful candidates will work well as a member of a team and be willing to be flexible with their role according to the needs of the Residents. We encourage our Residents to have the lifestyle of their choice which could mean taking someone out to a Garden Centre or chatting on the patio, weather permitting. We provide loyalty and performance bonuses and recognise when people support the team as well as the Residents. We offer 6 weeks paid holiday per year and pay extra for Bank Holiday's worked.
