We currently have a wonderful opportunity for you to join our TLC family as a Care Assistant working in partnership with our Team Leaders and Nurses to deliver outstanding care and wellbeing for our residents. You will live and breathe our values of Truth, Love and Compassion whilst providing a person-centred care and support to our residents. About you
For this role successful candidates will have:
- QCF Diploma Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Health Social Care or willingness to work towards
- A belief in our values of truth, love, and compassion.
- A passion for providing care to the elderly.
- A person-centred approach where the needs of an individual are at the heart of all care provided.
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to develop person centred relationships.
- Good computer skills
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided to support you with the role as well as opportunities provided for further development based on your personalised career pathway. Your induction will be tailored to meet both the needs of the role and your individual needs, and you will be supported by our TLC Ambassadors and Engagement Champions.
