Job description
Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting an experienced and motivated veterinary surgeon to work and lead a vet practice in Syston, Leicestershire. To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of three to five years continuous experience of working in a small animal practice as a lead veterinary surgeon. Besides being a very confident and experienced veterinary surgeon, you also must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the practice and will be ably assisted by a team of experienced, dedicated staff. You will have the possibility of working with state of the art equipment including prep and dental area, operating theatre, lab, x-ray, ultrasound, separate kennels and cattery and wheelchair access. For this role you will need to work confidently in a sole charge environment with strong consultation skills.
Salary and benefits: There is on offer a very competitive salary up to £55000 as well as £6600 yearly accommodation allowance. A car is also provided or allowance as well as generous CPD with 3 days paid CPD leave and in house training allowance. VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid. Location details: The practice is located just off Melton Road in Syston, Leicestershire. There are some shops around the practice including a nearby Tesco and Aldi supermarkets. There are also excellent transport links including regular bus connections and the train station is a short walking distance from the practice. The A46 and the A607 are also easily reachable.
