Role and Responsibility
Ensure Residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
Assist residents in all aspects of their care needs.
Follow care plans.
Be able to document information well.
Optional: Be responsible for the administration of medications based on the needs of resident.

10pm-8am
Pay
Starting pay will be for 18+ £10.60ph. There will be bonus scheme in place this is role dependent on the amount but this could take you hourly rate to £11.00ph. If you already hold NVQ Level 2 we will be paying an extra £0.15ph.
