Job description
We are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our team to work in various care homes throughout Nottingham!
The Role
You will work alongside the existing teams in the care homes to provide the very best of care to all of their residents, ensuring that each and everyone is treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve.
As a Care Assistant you will:
- Assist with all aspects of personal care.
- Observe the service users and ensure that updates are recorded and completed as required.
- Provide a supportive and caring attitude to the service users to ensure that their quality of life is maintained at the highest level possible.
- Follow personalised care plans to ensure that the individual service user receives the care they require.
- Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of the service users at all times
- Keep accurate records of key information such as fluid intake, medication records, etc

Requirements:
To be suitable for the role of Care Assistant you will need:
- At least 6 months of experience working within care, ideally within a residential care home setting
- Have an Enhanced DBS dated within the past 12 months*
- Have Training Certificates for Infection Control, Moving and Handling, and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults*
- Possess a real passion for the care of others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Existing rights to work in the UK
- We are able to run an Enhanced DBS on your behalf at the standard rate and can offer training at a subsidised rate
