Phoenix Care Wakefield are currently recruiting for full and part time carers in the Wakefield Ossett, Horbury, Normanton and Castleford areas.
Phoenix Care is a family run business based in Wakefield, specialising in Home care.
We provide Personal Care, Medication needs, Nutritional and Emotional needs for our clients.
We're looking for staff to work between the hours of 06.45-22.45.We have a selection of working patterns, and have vacancies for weekend or evening workers
Previous experience is not essential, nor do you need qualifications – we offer comprehensive training and support, and access to a range of vocational qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £10.69 per hour
£11.59 per hour plus travel, for overtime Monday - Sunday is also currently offered.
Time and a half pay on Bank Holidays

Main Duties
- Respecting the Client’s dignity and privacy
- Assisting the Client to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
- Support with administering/prompting medication needs
- Assisting with dietary needs
- Working with Clients and their families to provide person centred care.
- Assisting with moving and handling (if needed)
- Assisting with personal care-bathing, showering and toilet help
- Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Client.
Please note a full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle is required for this post.
