As a Prison Care Assistant, you’ll work in a unique and diverse environment assisting with clinical care packages, phlebotomy and assessment, treatment and evaluating service users’ care.

As a Prison Care Assistant you’ll bring

The ability to work alongside clinical teams in prisons, provide quality care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, and positively contribute to people’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • 3-months UK care experience from within the past 3-years
  • Moving and handling and personal care experience
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and professionalism
  • The right to work in the UK
  • This position requires applicants to be registered with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
