Care Home Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £50,000 per annum

To be considered for this role you should have previous management experience and hold a professional social work, nursing or allied health professional qualification.
The care home manager job role:
- Manage the day to day running of the home.
- Provide staff management, support, and development.
- Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.
- To liaise with and co-operate with RQIA inspectors and with their inspections.
- To promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.
You will have a minimum of five years experience working in a health and social care setting with at least two years management experience. What is essential is a brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with others. You will know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. Furthermore, whenever you communicate with others, whether it be a resident or co-worker, you will be truly considerate and kind.
Experience / Qualification:
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in health and social care
- At least 2 years management experience
- A relevant care related management qualification
- Care home development / troubleshooting advantageous
- Organised and able to manage others
- Excellent communicator
- Previous Experience of managing a staff team
- Safeguarding Adults knowledge and experience
