Job description
To assist the nursing staff in providing care on an individual basis appropriate to the social, emotional and physical needs of the patient, in line with the Patient Charter of Rights, and under the Nursing Home Minimum Standards.
Successful candidates must be willing to register with NISCC
Due to the shift patterns available all applicants are required to be aged 18+ (11 hour shifts)

Reporting: Senior Care Assistant / Staff Nurse
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team to deliver excellent quality, person-centred care to all residents
Enriching the lives of residents through the organisation and delivery of activities
Updating and maintaining records in line with patient care
Supporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
