We are looking for experienced Home Care Assistants to join our reablement team in the scenic southern region of Bath & North East Somerset. The role requires some flexibility with travel across the small villages in the South Banes area (approx 10 min drive from Bristol), and therefore driving is essential.

Locations include: Bath, Combe Down, Midford, Hinton Charterhouse, Twinhoe, Wellow, Peasedown St John, Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Radford, Paulton, Tunley, Priston Village, Newton St Loe, Stanton Prior, Farrington Gurney, High Littleton, Clutton, Cameley, East Harptree, Compton Martin and Hinton Blewett.

As a Home Care Assistant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their own homes. Typical day to day duties may include companionship, personal care, medication administration, moving & handling and support with feeding. Some of our clients may also require support with more advanced care needs, however full training is provided when you join us.
