We’re passionate about providing the best quality general nursing, residential and dementia care for older people.
As an established provider of care services, we are a highly professional organisation whose ethos revolves around quality, as well as having the wellbeing and care of residents as our highest priority.
Our focus is on giving residents as much independence as possible in a safe and friendly environment. We are a family owned business with family values at our core, with a growing team and sites UK wide.
You will join us as a Care Assistant and work as part of a team who are responsible for providing daily support to our residents to help maintain and improve, where possible, independence and mobility. You will continually monitor resident care, ensuring individualised care throughout and maintenance of accurate and up to date records. You will assist residents to carry out their activities of living e.g., dressing, eating and bathing.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential. Previous experience of working within a care environment is essential. Full training and support will be provided on commencement of post.
We also offer a range of free Employee Benefits available including a 24 hour Employee Assistance Programme, so why not come and join our team and help us make our home a great place for our Residents.
Please note that all applicants who are offered employment will be subject to an enhanced criminal record check.
We aim to create the right environment which supports the physical and mental wellbeing of our residents despite the complexity of their dementia, enabling residents to maintain their rights, identity and independence as individuals whilst creating a spirit of trust and confidence in our professional standards. At Kenton Manor, we aim to be honest, transparent, fair and ethical in everything we do in putting the individual first.
Our experienced and professional team pride ourselves in taking a ‘person centred’ approach to our work, personalising our service to each individual.
There are so many benefits to moving into care including around the clock specialist care and assistance, companionship, and for many, the renewed confidence and independence that having a team of dedicated support staff can bring.
