Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, respectful, hard working, reliable, patient and conscientious care staff to work as part of a team on each shift. Previous experience is not essential as we provide all training on the job, you will need to be able to take on instructions, be organised and able to work on your own or as part of the team.
Hourly rate will increase the more qualified you get as a result of the training and NVQs we can source for you within the industry, to further your career.
We are a quiet care home for adults with learning disabilities, and as such your duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting clients with their everyday needs, such as washing, shopping, toileting, feeding if needed, maintaining a good level of personal hygiene, doing activities, helping to achieve personal goals.
Paperwork and daily notes will need to be completed by the end of every shift.

Please be aware we are located in the very rural village of Reedham which is half way between Norwich and Great Yarmouth, and as such our public transport is somewhat sporadic and sometimes unreliable so your own transport would be ideal.
