Job description
Would you like to work for a company that cares for you as much as it cares for its clients?
Our team is made up of truly lovely people with one goal in mind. To keep our clients happy and as independent as possible in their own homes. We are a family run business that feels like one big family! We are different from other care companies as we do a minimum call length of 1-hour, so you will have the time to make a real difference to your clients lives and you will be with the same clients to allow you to provide compassionate, relationship-led support from the heart. We are rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission and rated 9.9 on homecare.co.uk. We offer up to £16.50 per hour, as well as paid travel time, wait time, mileage, and training.
We are looking for caring individuals to join our OUTSTANDING family that are dedicated to treating others how they wish to be treated and who are kind-hearted and have a great big smile to brighten everyone's day.
Take a look at what some of our Care Professionals say below:
“Home Instead has changed my life. It has given me back a purpose. My clients and their families become like my family. I receive the best support I’ve ever had from the office team, and I have been given amazing opportunities to progress. It’s honestly been the most wonderful experience that I hope will continue for a long time to come!” – Rachel
“Working for Home Instead was like joining a family. This is ones of the most rewarding jobs I have ever done for a company that really does what it promises, care for people.” – Abigail.
Our Care Professionals join our family from all manner of professions including Retail, Beauty, Hospitality or Childcare. If you have no previous experience in care, don’t worry! We believe if you share our values and ethos, we can equip you with the right tools to become a Care Professional! We also have Care Professionals continuing their career in care and we have Care Professionals that have retired that are just not ready to retire.
Getting a smile and a thank you from our clients gives a job satisfaction like no other. You will enjoy a truly rewarding career with a great work-life balance whilst we care and support you alongside our award-winning training with our Qualified Nurse, Dinah! Courses include the City & Guilds Dementia Awareness, Frailty, Parkinson’s Awareness and End of Life. We also fund Level 2 and Level 3 diplomas in Health and social care and Level 5 courses.
You would provide assistance in your client’s daily routine, from helping the client get up and washed and dressed, to cooking meals and support with medication and helping them to get out within the community. You will have the time to build close bonds with your clients.
At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:
- Pay up to £16.50 per hour
