We are looking for professional carers looking to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients who require care in the Rugby area. We can provide full or part time hours on a Guaranteed Hours contract.
As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to ensure our clients can live independently in their own homes. We are looking for reliable, trustworthy and respectful people who enjoy building professional friendships and feel confident in supporting clients.
You will assist your clients with tasks such as (but are not limited to) personal care, medication reminders and assistance, meal preparation, toilet and continence care, help keeping active, companionship, morning and bed time routines.

Although experience is preferable for our role, you do not need experience or qualifications in care to apply for our vacancy, as award winning training is provided.
Additional Information
Industry leading training is provided for our Care Professional role and we offer enhanced rates of pay to accommodate wait time and additional mileage costs. 24/7 support is offered from the Home Instead office team.
