Additional Information
What we to give you:
- Guaranteed Hours Contracts on a range of availabilities – offering contracts of Minimum Guaranteed Hours of 10, 16 and 30
- Minimum one-hour visits with each client - No 15,30 or 45 minute calls that rush you through your care.
- Friendly and supportive team - Always a friendly face to turn to
- Above Living Wage Rate of Pay - £11.00 hourly base Rate (and this is basic rate excluding travel time, mileage contribution, paid holiday, access to SSP and all the other bits some companies wrap into their wage offer)
- Enhanced Weekend Rates - £11.50 hourly base Rate (You also get an enhanced rate before 8am and after 8pm and at weekends!)
- Mileage contribution of 25p per mile and support with tax relief top up to 45p.
- Paid Travel Time Between first and last clients (excluding breaks)
- Enhanced Loyalty Pay - Retention pay increase and loyalty bonus (hourly pay increases after your first year with us!)
- Double time payment for bank holidays.
