Would you be interested in starting your career working in the Theatre area.

Within theatre we have 3 disciplines, Anaesthetics, Scrub and recovery /EPOC.

We are looking for dynamic people who want to expand their skills and knowledge whilst working in a challenging environment.

Across all sites we have 72 theatres with plans to extend these within the next 14 months. We are building six new theatres on the Solihull site and the Heartlands treatment centre is due to open in January 2023.Within these theatres we have a wide variety of surgeries covering all specialties including participating in Robotic surgery and organ retrieval.

Whilst on the Preceptorship programme you will be supported to develop in your chosen specialty and become an autonomous Practitioner.

Once you have completed the Preceptorship you can further develop your skills and knowledge within your current area or experience other specialties.

There are opportunities to develop further once you have gained sufficient experience within the theatre environment.
