Job Description


We are a person centred care company covering most of the Bournemouth & Christchurch postcode area. However, we pride ourselves on keeping our care assistants close to home, and on keeping our clients’ care teams as small and consistent as possible. This ensures they receive the continuity they crave.

We devote at least an hour to every client we visit, which means that rather than rushing to get tasks done, we can spend meaningful time with our clients that really makes their day!


You will receive excellent support and award-winning training, so no experience is necessary, but equally if you do have experience we would also love to meet you too!

What is essential is, that you are kind, caring, compassionate and really want to make a difference to someone’s life.
