What does this Care Assistant job involve?
- Traveling between visits, so it is essential that you are able to drive and have your own transport
- Assisting people with all aspects of their personal care
- Maintaining individual's hydration and nutrition requirements – Medication Management
- Promoting individual's Independence and emotional wellbeing
- Assisting individuals with meal preparation and eating.
- Assisting people with rehabilitation activities
- Escorting individuals to medical appointments
- Supporting individuals in the use of aids and other equipment
