* HIGHLY COMPETITVE RATES OF PAY - £16.20-£17.30/HOUR PLUS MARKET-LEADING MILEAGE ALLOWANCE (45P/MILE)

* PERMANENT CONTRACT 30 HOURS/WEEK

* No set working pattern for this post and successful candidates will be expected to work a variety of shifts that will include weekdays, weekends, and overnights.

* ESSENTIAL TO BE A DRIVER AND MUST HAVE RECENT, RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CARE.

Due to a growing client-base, we are looking for experienced caregivers to join our team in rural Stirlingashire including Killearn, Balfron, Drymen, Croftamie. Within your role, you’ll be caring for clients with a variety of care needs, including those with more complex care requirements. With longer visit sessions, travel time between appointments, a highly competitive rate of pay, and on-going support and training from the wider Hamill Homecare network; this is an excellent opportunity to deliver a premium-standard of care within a team that really cares about its clients.

Essential skills required for this role:

  • Must have recent and relevant professional experience working in care
  • Current or recent Moving and Handling certification
  • Trustworthy, discreet and reliable
  • Flexible to meet changing client requirements
  • Understanding of National Care Standards
  • Articulate and a good communicator
  • Ability to work within a team

Successful applicants will be required to complete a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) application and register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of starting.
