Job Title - Care Assistant - Days
Location - Bennett House, Park Lane, Woodside, Telford TF7 5HR
Hourly rate - £9.90
Contract type - Permanent
Working hours - Full Time/Part Time opportunities
About the role
- Build relationships with Residents, which are open and two way
- Support Residents to undertake their daily routines
- Establish methods of communication with residents, reducing barriers when necessary
- Accurately report and/or record work activities
- Support with activities of daily living & personal care
- Assist residents with mealtimes where necessary.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
- Experience working within a Care environment (Advantageous but not essential as full induction training will be given)
- A warm hearted, friendly manner, patience, kindness and good communication, a willingness to help others,
- An open and honest character, respectful and celebrate diversity, connect with colleagues and residents to celebrate uniqueness
- The ability to be a natural care giver and someone who can communicate in an open and honest manner with your colleagues, residents and their visitors
