We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Complex Care Workers to join our team. As a Complex Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to individuals with complex medical needs. You will be responsible for assisting clients in their daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to adapt to varying care requirements.
I am a young man in my early 20’s I live with my Mum, Dad and older sister and my 2 family dogs and my cat Kit, I require full time care.
I enjoy humour and this makes me smile, I am nonverbal and unable to communicate but once you get to know me and my facial reactions you will get to learn my likes and dislikes.
I am seeking passionate, proactive Personal Assistants to join my committed circle of support comprising of a small team who work closely with my family. Together they provide me with both a bespoke life that is truly meaningful to me and an outstanding standard of care in a friendly environment.
Currently I spend most of my days at home and love being outside and enjoying the sunshine as I enjoy going for walks with my personal assistants. I enjoy doing arts and crafts and will decorate my room with my creations.
My team are also responsible for supporting me with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, administering medication, domestic duties when needed.
Experience in supporting people with similar needs, an understanding of person centred practice would be wonderful but isn’t crucial as full training and supervision is provided and ultimately it is more important that you possess the core values and personality traits that are necessary for the role. Kindness and compassion are key!
You will need to be empathetic, a true team player, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in making decisions and using your initiative.
I am looking for a caring, conscientious individuals, who are happy to work 08.00- 17.00 Monday to Saturday and 2200-0800 4 nights per week, Reliability and punctuality are important.
You will be someone who is cheerful, respectful, patient and someone who wants to make a real difference, ideally will be a driver.

Our clinical teams will provide you with hands-on training and develop all the skills you need to deliver quality care right from day one. All we ask is that you are a great communicator with a good sense of humour and you love to make people smile. You’re confident, driven and always eager to learn.
