Why we need you to take a job as a carer
There will be no-one to care for people in their own homes, the elderly the vulnerable and those who can’t care for themselves.
If care in the community can’t care for people at home, people can’t be discharged from hospital.
If people can’t be discharged from hospital, people can’t be admitted to hospital as there will be no beds.
If people can’t be admitted to hospital they will be left in ambulances, hospital corridors and waiting rooms.
Their health and well-being will suffer.
We need care in the community to succeed so come and work at Caremark as a Care and Support Worker.
No experience necessary as full training is provided. We have both full-time & part-time hours to offer. Working patterns including mornings, evenings & alternate weekends.
We offer our Care Assistants:
- £10.50ph Weekdays
- £11.00ph Weekends
- Enhanced bank holidays rates up to £22.00ph
- Increased pay rates after 12 months service
- PAID travel time (Paid at £9.50ph)

As a Care Assistant you will provide care & support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes allowing them to remain as independent as possible as an alternative to residential care. Typical responsibilities include helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompting, attending appointments, companionship and supporting a clean home environment.
We also warmly welcome people with previous healthcare assistant, carer and/or support worker experience.
