We are looking for…..
enthusiastic and caring individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable elderly people with dementia. You are preferably experienced in care. There are premium rates of pay for those with an adult care qualification / NVQ as well as opportunities to progress.
Night shift availability….
Full time or part-time night shifts from 8pm to 8am. We need cover during the week and weekends.
Day shift availability....
Weekend and weekday shifts available - mix of morning and afternoon shifts. Flexible to work weekends required.
Autumn Lodge is……

Purpose…..
- ability to communicate effectively, understand the needs of Residents, have an affinity towards older people and be able to work in partnership with other members of the team.
- observe and promote the Residents right to choice, develop and maintain independence, dignity and privacy, create and maintain good professional relationships with family, friends and other professional representatives visiting Autumn Lodge.
Key Responsibilities…...
- assist Residents in all aspects of personal care; getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and support with eating when required.
- assist Residents with mobility by way of aids and other personal equipment as well as assisting with physical disabilities, including incontinence.
- assist Residents in the promotion of mental and physical activities by talking with them, taking them out, sharing activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and recreation.
- accurately complete records, take part in staff meetings and attend training activities.
