About the role
- Reporting to the Registered Nurse and Team Leader
- Ensuring a high level of care is provided in all areas of person-centred care clinical care and dementia care whilst meeting the code of conduct and company procedures
- Actively engaging with residents in conversation and activities, whilst respecting the individual’s dignity and communication differences
- Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed, updated and that they reflect the residents needs and care
- Fantastic opportunities for progression – our Home Manager started with us as a Housekeeper
Requirements;
- Genuinely caring individual who wishes to help others and put them first
- Excellent non-verbal, verbal communication skills and customer service skills
