About the role

• Reporting to the Registered Nurse and Team Leader

• Ensuring a high level of care is provided in all areas of person-centred care clinical care and dementia care whilst meeting the code of conduct and company procedures

• Actively engaging with residents in conversation and activities, whilst respecting the individual’s dignity and communication differences

• Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed, updated and that they reflect the residents needs and care

• Fantastic opportunities for progression – our Home Manager started with us as a Housekeeper

Requirements;
