Job description
The team at Ashgrove House Care Ltd are looking for Friendly Enthusiastic , self motivated , full time and part time care assistants .
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Work along side Senior care assistant to ensure that a high standard of care delivered to our residents.
Recognize and facilitate the daily needs of the residents .
Contribute to care planning.
Take an active role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives and any enquires.
work with community professionals when dealing with residents requirements and keep families updated with current care plans.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ensure dignity and respect of every resident is maintained at all times.
This is not exhaustive and you may need to carry out other duties within the remit of the role.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary: From £10.90 per hour
