Job description
Florence House is a well-established care home with an ethos which puts our residents at the center of everything we do. This can be felt as soon as you walk into our care home. In our care home, we support working adults with mental health needs.
We are currently looking to recruit new team member to join our care team. Experience in care is desired, but not essential. Your dedication, attitude and personality are qualities, we and our residents are looking for. Making our residents happy is our aim and it should also be a highlight of your job. training will be at Florence House but the position location after training is for our new 10 bedded unit in north Burlingham transport can be provided.
We are recruiting for a 36 hours per week position, working every other weekend. 9am-9pm
We support our staff with their career growth and internal promotions within our care home.
We are one of a few employers who offer paid breaks to all their staff. Working 12 hour shift with paid break would be equivalent of £10.47 per hour, in comparison of working 12 hours shift at £9.60 with no paid break. We offer discount card for local restaurant and support you with your Blue light card, which gives you access to discounts with hundreds of companies and shops.
We also pay staff for their training completed off and on site.
