We are seeking energetic, passionate, and professional Care Assistant. This position is for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented and are excited for an impactful and fulfilling career.
You will have experience in social care, hospitality, housekeeping, with strong customer service. You will have proven your ability to manage autonomous working environments and take initiative to be active and helpful. In this role you will manage service users care needs in their homes. You will have complete service user details including comprehensive training and care plans, with risk assessments being completed in advance. Care services can range from grocery shopping and cooking to companionship and housekeeping, to bathing and personal care.
Your personality ensures strong service user rapport is built, you instil trust in the service user and their representatives, and all the representatives to feel at least knowing their friend or family member is being taken care of. Your problem-solving skills and forward planning ensures for a smooth service delivery. You have a desire to create excellence in your daily activities and find a great sense of achievement when you are positively impacting others’ lives.
You are strong and confident with your instructions and guidance and are used to interacting with a broad range of people. You will be part of a valued team, providing high quality care in Edinburgh, where your career and professionalism can grow.
Salary range £15.50- £21 per hour depending on experience bracket. Casual Worker Contract to fit your preferred hours. Full time employment available.
