We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a office setting and be able to handle a variety of clerical tasks.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to client emails and schedule appointments
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage client records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle billing and insurance claims using QuickBooks
Experience:
- Previous experience in office setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
