Care Support Worker

Job Type(s): Full and part time positions available

Salary: £10 rising to £11 per hour after probationary period (3 months)


We currently have opportunities for both full and part-time Care and Support Workers or Care Professionals in Frome and the surrounding areas. We have availability between 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm, and alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Support Worker:

  • Getting to know your clients, and their interests and needs
  • Giving emotional and practical support to your clients
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing) domestic household tasks and food preparation.
  • Assisting with medication, use of mobility aids and personal equipment where required.
  • To report to the registered manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client.
  • To encourage and enable our clients to remain as independent as possible whilst acting in their best interests and protecting and safeguarding their wellbeing.
  • Clearly record all care notes on a handheld device after each visit.
