The role:

You will help and assist our clients, supporting them with independent living, helping them to fulfil their goals and creating positive outcomes in their lives.

  • The ability to provide person-centred care whilst maintaining respect and protecting client dignity.
  • Reliability, flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Good communication skills
