The role:
You will help and assist our clients, supporting them with independent living, helping them to fulfil their goals and creating positive outcomes in their lives.

Based on working 40 hours per week with weekend working, staff can earn up to the equivalent salary of £21 - £23K!

- A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference
- The ability to provide person-centred care whilst maintaining respect and protecting client dignity.
- Reliability, flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude
- Good communication skills
