Job description

We are an established family run plumbing company working in the 'GU' area for over 40 years and we are looking for an experienced plumber to join our team.

The plumber needs to be experienced and confident carrying out all aspects of plumbing and heating (excluding gas work) & bathroom installations.

The chosen candidate will need to be comfortable working alone but also as a team. The plumber must be punctual, reliable and have good organization skills.
Company uniform will be provided.
This will be a permanent, full time position for the right applicant.

A Plumber begins the day by going over the scheduled appointments and making sure they have the required parts for the planned work. They go to each appointment to take care of the customer’s needs and leave the customer with properly functioning plumbing. A Plumber has to anticipate problems and unknown construction with existing plumbing. They need to be ready to stop the work and find a replacement part as quickly as possible to restore the plumbing to an operating state.

Daily tasks involve:

- Complete a Minimum of 8 hours work per day

- Report any additional / supplementary works to the management team.

- Undertake a range of works from tap & toilet repairs, leak investigations to complete bathroom installations.

- Maintain a high standard of customer service (communication is paramount).

Essential Requirements:

- Hold a full UK manual driving license

- Competent with all installation, maintenance & repairs.

- Strong customer skills

Desired:

- Experience managing own workload

- Ability to work confidently in high end properties

- Experience in Plumbing maintenance
