Full Time/Part Time Care Administrator - Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30

Visiting Angels are looking for an Angels Administrator to plan and support the work schedules of our teams of Angels. You will be responsible for providing office support to our Caregiving Angels and taking Client and Recruitment enquiries.
Our Angels are at the heart of everything we do, and we support and train them to be the best carers in Cambridgeshire. With minimum 1 hour calls we are already delivering Award Winning Care, and we are listed in the Top 20 for the East of England! Also Rated GOOD by CQC!
Required:
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience delivering Quality Administration in a Customer Service environment
- Your own car and driving license
- Experienced with Access People Planner and Access Care Planner desired
- Fully computer and social media literate
- UK based and Right to Work
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking Recruitment Enquiries / prescreen candidates
- Taking Client Enquiries
- Managing ongoing Angel relationships
- Managing ongoing client relationships
- Administering New Angel and New Client processes
- Auditing Care Logs and processes
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Previous Care experience is desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or higher in Social Care preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Self starter and learner
