Sales Executive (Christchurch)
An exciting opportunity as a Sales Executive has arisen to join the Sales Team at Keith Motors Christchurch.
As a Sales Executive, Customer Care will always come first to you. So, you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what it is that they want and need. And, we’ll take the time to do the same with you, offering all the support and opportunity you need to create a successful automotive career.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Create Customer Relationships through all New & Used Car Enquiries.
- The Selling of New & Used Cars, Finance Plans, Plus the selling of additional products, Warranties, GAP Insurance.
- Follow-up communications with existing customers due for renewal.
- Creating Personal Video Presentations using CitNOW App.
- Respond to Live Chat, Website & Leap Lead Enquiries.
- Undergo Ford Training.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal skills: You must be confident and articulate with a professional attitude and have excellent communication skills.
- Effective organisational skills: Demonstrated by achieving deadlines, setting priorities, and maintaining highly accurate administrative records.
- Customer Service: Ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly and professional, demonstrating a high level of integrity, discretion, and objectivity.
- Self-motivated: Has the initiative to work unsupervised on projects.
- A Full and Valid Driving Licence

The successful candidate will be based at our Christchurch Site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
