Job description
We at Omega Management Group specialize with the supply of quality drivers to the logistics industry.
We currently have some fantastic opportunities for Car Delivery/Trade Plate Drivers across the UK
Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing vehicle delivery companies, who specialize in moving vehicles between dealership locations or direct to customers across the UK.
These roles are advertised to start immediately
Experienced trade plate drivers preferred however full training will be given
The role:
- Picking up and delivering vehicles all over the UK.
- Executing full appraisals on collection and delivery (Photos, Signatures, Recording Damage ect).
- Communication with both the office and the dealerships.
- Organizing and utilizing of the public transport between jobs.
- Early starts and long day are very common for a trade plate driver.
- The role does involves working outdoors in all weathers.
- You will be working on a Self Employed basis

The business operates 7 days per week, and you will be required to work regular weekends to support the business
About you:
- A passion for driving is paramount
- You must be able to work under your own initiative and take instruction
- Held your Full driving license for a minimum of 2 years
- Computer Literate
- You will possess a good geographical knowledge ok the UK and Ireland
- Good communication skills are essential
- Excellent customer service skills are key, this is not just a driving role, excellent customer service is the critical element in what you do
- Good attention to detail
- Must be of smart appearance
- You will be confident and able to use public transport
Ideally you will have a DBS in place, but must be willing to undergo a criminal record check (DBS) as provided by the company. This is a prerequisite before successful applicants can start
You must understand this is not a Monday to Friday role 9-5, there will be early starts as you must be at your first delivery by 08:30am no exception to this and you will be required to plan your journey accordingly
You will have offroad parking(driveway) as road parking is not allowed, or a designated “numbered” parking bay that you solely have access to.
No more than 6 points/endorsements allowed for minor offences
