Hours – Permanent – 35 hours, any 5 from 7

What We’re Looking For:
The Campaign Operations Executive will report into the Creative Operations Lead and be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, whether it’s an event for Hospitality or a campaign for the women’s team. You’ll be monitoring and reporting on the status of all projects for the Chelsea FC in-house creative studio from taking briefs from stakeholders to managing/prioritising/planning projects, ensuring that all stages of each project are met according to the creative brief, budget, resource and deadlines. Duties include:
- Managing and co-ordinating multiple creative projects from initial stages through to delivery
- Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the stakeholder’s brief, budget, resource, and deadline deliverables
- Be the first point of contact and maintain regular communication with project stakeholders in order to meet and manage expectations
- Work closely with the Creative Operations Lead and Creative Lead to ensure clarity and planning throughout the project
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver impactful creative
- Building effective relationships with key departments and stakeholders
- Broad understanding of marketing objectives, cross channel campaigns, roll out of digital/social assets, email/direct mail and events
- Supporting the Creative Ops Lead with initiating and implementing improvements across the studio’s processes
- Confident in making appropriate decisions and providing solutions when problems arise
- Facilitating regular project, production and creative status/kick off meetings
- Manage external suppliers i.e. agencies, printers, installers where appropriate
- Foster and build relationships with stakeholders across the business, improving and championing the team’s visibility
- Support the Studio in the maintenance of the server and it’s assets, ensuring accurate filing and archiving of files
- Prepare master files and templates, specifications, mark-up, proof and check all artwork.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
- Strong experience working in an in-house design or creative services function for a well-known established brand or within a marketing, design, brand, advertising, digital creative or media agency.
- Experience in organising or assisting in marketing campaigns with largely digital roll outs
- Production management: Good awareness of creative processes and techniques – including print production and digital platforms.
- Organised: The ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects of varying complexities and size. Exceptional time keeping interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking: The ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment, managing multiple projects on a daily basis.
- Interpersonal: Confident speaking with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Detail oriented: A keen attention to detail. Managing quality of output to a high standard
- Communication: Providing timely communications between relevant departments, excellent listener, solutions oriented and calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, share ideas and drive the team forward
